can you tell me more about your ADIPOSE-X book/workout? I cant find any information about it anywhere and was wondering if you could shed some light on it, I was thinking about purchasing it due to your rep on the fourm.

it is designed to be a short term regimen that includes a workout, general supplemental and food guidelines.

The program is high intensity and is excellent for enhancing strength endurance, fat loss and will probably kick start some hypertrophy.

The workout is not for people who do not like work. My trainees have had great results and it is great for mma competitors.
