str8fighter, maybe you're right, but you gotta give the guy a chance to
win. I agree he was taking punishment, but he was still conscious, and
showed no sign of wanting to quit, he was just getting nailed. Perhaps
Tito would have continued with 20 more of those in a row and it would
have been ugly, or maybe not. Who knows. The point is that it's a fight,
and you should have an ending that's more definitive.
We've seen some crazy comebacks in the past in MMA. You just never
know.
Either way, I just want to say that Herb Dean is one of my favorite refs,
he's one of the best in the game, and he's a real cool motherfucker. He
was closest to the action, and he made the call he thought was correct.
