Attn: Keto Kids

I'm not necessarily trying tofacilitate ketosis but I've lost a bunch if weight by minimizing my carb intake, so I'm not one of you but I thought you guys would know best. What's the deal with carbs that are classified as fibre?

I just made some tasty coconut flour biscuits, only to find later that I pumped in about 80g of carbs to make 8 biscuits from said flour. Now, that's not terrible (10g/large biscuit), but 50 g of that is fibre, so there's a big difference if fibre is not the same as the others. Im just ignorant, and google pulled up a bunch jumbo mumbo, so I thought I'd just ask.

Thanks in advance. Phone Post 3.0

On most low-carb diets, you don't count fiber as part of your carb count. I believe sugar-alcohol and fiber are subtracted from total carbs to get your net carb number.

ghost of KVR - It would be 30 net carbs, so 3 per biscuit Phone Post 3.0
Thanks guys, I used my VU for today, but I'll try and quietly throw you all a couple over the next few days. Except that King Trav guy...

And yes Trav, I'll be there on Wednesday at noon for KB1. My back is still jacked up and BJJ made it worse, so I've switched for now. I don't imagine I'll be seeing a BAMF like yourself in a beginner KB class though. Phone Post 3.0

I goto level 1 all the time. I love those classes. No nooners though. Only evenings. Phone Post 3.0

Are you sure?

I just looked at the schedule on Facebook and it said KB1 at noon on Mondays and Wednesdays. Phone Post 3.0

No. I only do evenings. I can't do nooners. There are noon classes on Mondays and Wednesdays.

The schedule changed a little from last year. Moved a sparring class from Friday to Wednesday, and moved team training to Friday nights instead of Saturday mornings.

If you come on the evenings, you'll see me. Weekends too. Just not during the weekdays. Phone Post 3.0

Oh I see, Monday and Wednesday at noon fit nicely into my school schedule, but I'll be going whenever I can find time. You'll know me when you see a big goof winging arm punches and throwing kicks that would make Hendo blush. Phone Post 3.0

You'll have a great time and learn lots from Al. He's awesome.

Make sure you introduce yourself if you see me.
