Feel free to Pm of you dont want feed the trolls or listen to them rip on you or rampage.

Nice guy, for sure.
It was hilarious when he was on the hype show saying Rampage had been training 'secretly' for the past year at a world class level, and then Joe talks about Rampage coming into camp at 250 lbs.

Hey Guys,
Sorry for the delay, I am on vacation and hadn't had a chance to jump on the UG.
To be brief, my "Personalized" programs that FV had referenced are the next best thing to having me live with you and cook for you, like some of my clients do.
Based upon a 25 question "Client Questionnaire" that I send you and any follow-up questions that I may have about your backround, lifestyle, health, work, job, goals, etc...
I structure your entire day, from the moment you wake up to the exact time you go to bed and design every meal by ingredient and recipe. Northing is left to chance.
You know exactly what you will be eating next Thursday at 11am, and have the exact instructions on how it is to be prepared.
Basically, I call it a treasure map. I give you everything you need to find your own unique "pot of gold."
This personalized plan has done wonders for many of my clients and I also stay with you via email every step of the way to help keep you on track.
Hopefully, that answers your question?
Thanks for all the kind words and support UG, I really do appreciate it!

Hey guys,
Lots of East Coast love on the UG!
I'm actually in Belmar, NJ (my hometown)right now visiting family (and eating PIZZA)!!!
Don't worry, I'm putting in 7 mile runs every morning to make sure all that deliciousness doesn't stick!
Gonna try and squeeze in a workout with my buddy Kurt "Batman" Pellegrino at his new school on Main Street in Belmar (but my wife keeps yelling at me to, "Stop working out already! You're supposed to be on vacation!).

Thanks for the info, Mike!
Care to comment on the Twitter War between you and War Machine? Personally think it's a great match-up for the both of you.
Good luck with your continued success!

in 1 year i have gained 80 pounds ...im 5'11 ..i gained 20 when spending 2 months on my country (Puerto Rico) and 60 more during my girls pregnancy. so in all i wanna loose like 100 lol
is your plan all the way to the goal or is it a time frame??? also does it include a workout program or tips or something i could do to help the shedding of the pounds??
im really looking forward to getting back on shape and being able to run 1 hour and just generally healthy....i dont wanna be like my dad, i wanna be there for my kid and make sure i can do stuff for him and be healthy!! (my dad is skinny, but a smoker and a family jumper)
Gerbacio,
It sounds like my "Personalized" plan is exactly what you need.
First, YOU have to have the drive and motivation to to take that first step but once you do, I will be with you every other step along the way.
Your story is actually a very special one. I have found that people who only want to eat well and exercise for the sake of simply "looking better" go through ups and downs in their level of dedication, once they start to see progress.
But, those whose career or family depend on them losing weight and regaining their health, never seem to waiver.
You may find comfort in knowing that not too long ago, I weighed 280lbs as a competitive powerlifter and now walk around at 180lbs, in pretty decent shape.
You can e-mail me through the CONTACT PAGE on www.TheDolceDiet.com so we can talk about your situation a bit more in a private setting.
I'm sure the UG would love to follow your progress and maybe you will motivate someone else to take charge of their own health and wellness!
All the best,
-Mike Dolce
