I don't want to hear the typical Crossfit zombie shite so I'm asking you Xfitter's Ryukyu Damashi, Milkman, ILVQLOS, Ringgirl, and whoever else does Crossfit but isn't 100% Kool Aid drinkers.
I need your outlook on my training log.
I'm doing Crossfit with a strength emphasis along with a beginner's running focus.
I used to train at Mikey's Gym in Tulsa myself and I've got some friends that train at Adam's Muay Thai.
So I'm no help.
I'm pretty much focusing on odd object training with a Crossfit touch to get some fat off my ass after doing nothing but lifting heavy for the past 6 months.

If I can't train in Tulsa I'm not training at all.
And since I live in Fort Gibson and work on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week out of Van Buren, AR I'm pretty much out of luck.
