I signed up for a pro account and paid via credit card but it is saying under my profile that im not. I cant find a phone # or email address to contact.
Any help would be appreciated. Also how do I keep it from automatically renewing.

processing end? What was the date of the sign
up? Was it under this account?
We do not run cards again, or even keep them on
file.
