Hey honeybuns! As I mentioned before my bro gave me his used weber, everything looks tip top but it has no grate. Do you know which model has a 13.5 in diameter(from bottom to top I assume) & about 21 inches across(where it holds the grate)?

I need to order a replacement, but don't wanna get the wrong one & be out another week of non-Weber goodness!

You have a 22"

I just measured mine(22"gold model) for you, top grate is 21" and a 17" lower grate. The top of the kettle should be 22".

So, this should do it? I'm still a bit confused since they don't sell them the way I'm trying to explain it & don't have the model number. Thanks, btw!

Do you spritz with anything other than beer? I got some apple cider & a lemon tree I can work with. Sometimes, when I grill with beer there are the sensitive kind that don't dig it.

Blue bottle ... It's the 50% less salt kind!

Your welcome :) Phone Post 3.0

There are 4 really. 14 (tailgater size Smokey Joe), 18, 22, and 26.5.

If you buy on make sure to get the hinged grate so you can easily do long cooks and not have to pull the whole grate off to add coals or wood.

90% of weber's out there are 18 or 22. You can get replacement parts for them at any local hardware store.

If you have one with the ash catcher plate instead of the newer lock in pan, a good tip is to replace it with a stainless salad bowl of the same diameter. It holds way more ash and it's deep enough that random wind won't turn it into an ash storm if the pan is slightly filled.

Lol ya I'm all Bonered up myself Phone Post 3.0

Hellride I am missing the ash catcher as well. Tell me more about this salad bowl setup. I am pretty frickin ghetto but I am assuming this is not made of plastic.
