What I have been told by the commish himself is that he is working for July.
But that was in January and they actually haven't said anything else.

I truly doubt that will happen though, there are a lot of internal issues with the commission right now so I do not think that is the main focus right now

It is suppose to happen every 6 months :)
A lot of potential loss of $$$ for the state. I doubt it will happen for that very reason.
