Hey Fish, what is the proper order in which to do the mod 1 workouts? Can you list the workouts from easiest to hardest?

Workout #1 on Disc 3 is probably the easiest workout of them all. Round and Round is probably a close second as far as the "easiest" workouts go. Lunges and Squats, Workout #2, PT for Convicts, and Creeping Death are next in order of difficulty.
