Have you published any guidelines for interval training beyond your phase 4 program? If not, do you have any recommendations for someone who is not peaking, but wants to maintain a high level of conditioning? Phone Post 3.0

No, I have not published any guidelines. I am working on a few projects, but nothing that is out in the public world ATM.

Are you interested in working with any particular mode? These days I often recommend a combo-platter of sorts. A pure sprint day, a H.I.I.T. days and a few SS days that are not too long and still relatively high-powered. Also a good strength session a couple times per week.
