When you fought Frank..What exactly happened to your arm????I never to this day have seen the actual fight...
He told me it was injured before the fight but the opportunity was too good to turn down so he tried to play it safe and train around the injury hoping it would be ok.When they fought in K-1 Frank kicked him in his arm and Shannon went down from it saying he thought his arm was broke.
Coincidentally I just watched that fight again last night
