So I have posted this once before but it was deleted by whom I believe to be the culprit. The gentleman in question is Chris "The Italian Ghost" Perry from Coral Springs, Florida. Here are a couple of the stories:
- Is 17-1 with a 17 fight knockout streak with two opponents being Nate Diaz and Tito Ortiz. (This means he has knocked out one of those 2 guys...oh yeah he is about 6'1" and around 210 lbs.; how he is fighting at 155 as well as 205 is beyond me).
- Fought for Strikeforce and is in negotiations with the UFC.
- About 2 months ago was getting dressed up to go speak with representatives from EliteXC to discuss a contract; he apparently didn't realize that they were defunct as of 2009.
- Strong ties with Kimbo Slice as well as ATT.
Now I am not doubting the fact that he ever fought, trains, or his associations, however; I cannot find a single shred of evidence that he has ever had a sanctioned bout, amateur or professional. When confronted he became very upset and offered to fight me. I simply replied with the fact that I'm not calling him a liar, I just simply cannot find any record of him having a sanctioned bout...that went well to say the least. Anyways; any information would be much appreciated fellas!
