Hello all,
those of you on Facebook will be aware that on the 20th of July I will be running my first BJJ Event. As you probably know, I've competed in 100s of different types of events over the years, and now that I've been put out to pasture I want to turn to running my own.
This event is similar to Matamoris and Copa Podio. 8 of Australia's best at 91kg in an elimination tournament where the winner gets $2000 and the runner up $500.
It's being held at the UNSW Roundhouse on a Sunday afternoon with the bar and bistro open. So you can bring the family down and watch the matches. We have some exciting purple belt matches to put in between the main event too.
