The other day I picked up this awesome book online called The Grappler's guide to Sports Nutrition by Michael Fry and John Beradi basically this book outlines how a wrestler, grappler, mixed martial artist or any other combat sport athlete should eat, it also gives you sample menues and teaches you how to cut weight the safe way and the part i really like is you lose weight by eating more (how great is that?!)
