B-level fighters

Just wanted some opinions on who some of the best B-Level fighters are. No disrespect meant, I just mean guys who are tough but probably aren't going to win titles in the big events. Guys who weed out lame fighters but struggle with the very top fighters. Just to thro out names I'd say Nick Diaz, Evan Tanner are at the top, probably above being b-level. Wes Sims, Gary Goodridge, Tank, Cabbage, Uno all solid b-level. Vitor? not quite sure. Any ideas?

Vitor is still an A level because of the type of competition he has faced. Sims, I'm undecided, we'll see how his fight with Kerr goes. And Tanner is not "B-level" by any means. Actually, I really hate this fucking post. Because it is kind of insulting. Good job KKM

"Diego Sanchez"

To put him with names like Rashad and Whitehead is just kind of fucking insulting. Diego is 17-0. I think he's pretty fucking legit. Same with Forrest.

"Tanner was the champ before, I think he has a good shot at Franklin."

Tanner is awesome, but after watching his 2 matchups, I think he has a good shot at most anyone, except Franklin.

Franklin doesn't get the respect he deserves being 22-1. He's fucking insane. The only guys I see standing a chance are guys like, Frank Shamrock, Dan Henderson, Nate Marquardt, and thats about it. He's seriously one of the most legit guys out there.

Yeah it appears disrespective I know, but thats not what I mean. I just mean tough guys that have good skills but are going to struggle against the upper echelon fighters. I agree, as I said Tanner, Viort and Diaz are probably at the A level. I also agree with you that alot of the UF guys are B-level skill wise but I think most of them are still to untested to be ruled out as potential A fighters. I guess it is very subjective. Admittedly to broad for a thread

LOL at a former UFC MW champ and former #1 LW at being b-level.

Fedor.

"I'd say Nick Diaz, Evan Tanner are at the top, probably above being b-level. Wes Sims, Gary Goodridge, Tank, Cabbage, Uno all solid b-level. Vitor? not quite sure. Any ideas? " These guys are all a level fighters in my book. Are you on crack?

Caol Uno?

He has beaten Rich Clementi, Tokoro, Din Thomas (twice), Yves Edwards, Dennis Hallman, Rumina Sato (twice), Fabiano Iha, Ian Schaffa, and drew with Tatsuya Kawajiri.

Former Shooto Champion and now one of the top fighter for K-1 Heros.

Better examples of good B level fighters are Gabe Reudiger, Mac Danzig, Paul Buenetello, Tiki Ghosn, Ronald Jhun, etc.

So to be an A list would you have to be top 5, 10 or 20 in your weight div?

I think B-Level means young and untested in the big shows. If the fighter is in one of the big shows, they should be considered A level.

Giant Silva? Tiki Ghosn? Zuluzinho? Josh Rafferty? Alex Karalexis?

Those guys have all been in A level shows, it does not mean they are A level.

I think that A level means you have competed against and defeated A level fighters.

Please define
Alevel
Blevel
C level
Dlevel
