Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant has been diagnosed with a complete tear of the radial collateral ligament, an avulsion fracture, and a volar plate injury at the MCP joint of the small finger of this right hand, it was announced today. The damage occurred when Bryant dislocated the finger in the Lakers’ game at New Jersey on February 5, and was aggravated in last night’s game at Minnesota.
Bryant was examined today in Los Angeles by Dr. Steven Shin, a hand specialist with the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Group. Dr. Shin has recommended surgery to repair the ligament, which would cause Bryant to miss approximately six weeks.
sucks to be a Laker fan right now. hope you guys dont feel the same this season as this guy did last season...
here's the guy the Lakers are going to have a hard time with when they face each other:
in last 3 games, Monta has scored 37, 22, and 34...and has shot over 75%!!! Monta is clearly one of the most overlooked players in all of the NBA. not sure who on the Lakers is gonna stop him.
LOL^^ We'll see, remember talk is cheap, its all about trophy's and Rings baby.. And we know who has the banners hanging!! Don't worry I'm still rooting for GS, cause I don't want to see you hartbroken like your boy Rabello after portland lost to the lakers in playoffs! :)
