Let's start with a nice round number. Say you had 4 days a week to train. How many days of the 4 would you spend working on technical skill and how many days would you spend on conditioning? On conditioning days you can only do conditioning work and on training days you can only do technical development/sparring.

I'm just trying to get a percentage because it's becoming glaringly obvious that my weakest link is conditioning but I don't have enough time in the week to do a huge amount of either, so I'm trying to prioritize.

Work your weakness. If your cardio is real bad do it more than your skill training until it catches up. I try to make the conditioning as close as possible to the sport, so that the training is complementary.
