I was thinking about checking out Barets gym next month and was wondering the cost and the times. Thanks for your help
Baret Submission Grappling is located in Ewa Beach which is about 30 minutes from downtown Waikiki depending on the traffic. He currently has classes 3x a week with Monday and Wednesday no-gi starting at 6:00 I believe. Tuesdays are going to be gi days, not sure when that takes effect. Classes are taught by Baret and I'm sure you'll enjoy it and learn something valuable for your game.
