In case anyone cares .. Barnett beat Ken Shamrock last night in a pro-wrestling match, in just over 13 mins by referee stop (due to illegal move by Shamrock).

Sapp also fought and defended his belt. He has a gruelling fight & "fight" schedule ! K-1, MMA and pro-wrestling, and within a short time period of each other. Say what you like, but he works hard !
