This is a duplicate post from the Underground Forum also...I bought this several years ago, I have all the audio. Lost the booklet when I moved. Anyone have a copy of the booklet that came with the audio. I really just need the 6 week training routine that's in it. Hoping someone can maybe post a pic of those pages...Thanks in advance.
