Is that the best photo you could get? Come on, one of you pole smokers has nudes.....
I was pretty high when I made this thread last night, I spent a lot of time trying to take a good picture of my tv with my phone when I could have just watched it on my phone and taken a screen shot..
it was funny when Rogan showed his pet peeve of phone usage during a conversation
He’s right though!

It happens.
Didn’t know it happened that long ago. Kinda sad considering what a beast Bas was back in the day. Now I’m scared about hurting my neck in training
Erik Apple - my left arm did the same thing for a year or so when i broke my C6
Mine too, high five!
Animal Mother -Erik Apple - my left arm did the same thing for a year or so when i broke my C6Mine too, high five!
any more info from either of you on this?
I blew my c6-c7 out last year in a bad way and during months of agonizing nerve pain down the right arm, my tricep actually withered and atrophied
now, exactly 12 months on, i feel like either it has regained a smidge of size or i have just gotten used to it, but in a mirror comparison i can clearly see a difference
what was your road back? Was there a road back?
same thing with Miletich, Kurt Angle
“He is def beat up, but a warrior for sure.”
man i don’t know that that would be a consolation to me, if i had to spend the rest of my life walking backwards down hills because of my broken body
I've got a weak right tricep and right upper pec. About half the strength of my left.
Hurt my neck about a month ago… Left shoulder and arm are weak and I have spasms almost constantly from my forearm all the way up and down to my left lat. I’m legitimately depressed… working out and training kept me sane and it might be over.
I had a compressed nerve in my shoulder and neck. It ended up being stenosis where my nerve to my right arm went through a small hole in my vertebrae. Physical therapy showed me nerve gliding which seems to be what worked to make it go away. I thought I needed surgery but a bit of this one exercise, mixed in with some other shit they did that I thought was ridiculous solved the problem. Think of standing back against a wall, holding your arm out straight with your fingers pointing straight. Then tilt your fingers upward. As you bend your elbow, flex your wrist the other way....walk like an Egyptian...and repeat back an forth ten to 20 reps every half hour. It cured me and when I feel it coming on again this exercise makes the feeling go away instantly.
lamedroid -holly9000 - You don't need arms to kick someone in the liverOn the money!

years of wear and tear through sports, but i think what really fucked me was i got into lifting and did a year of squats with bad bar position and bad form, tons of pressure on the c6 area like a fucking idiot
i was like oh i’ve done sports all my life, how hard can this be, picking up a thing and moving it up and down then racking it?
started waking with numb fingers in the morning, that lasted like a month, then one day i had to push start my car and that seemed to seal the deal, in my sleep that night my disc fully herniated and i woke in the most intense pain of my life ever

Thanks for the response. Yeah this is gonna have to be the next step which is why I haven’t even gone to my doctor yet. I moved into a new house last week and can’t afford an MRI at the moment. I’ve just been youtubing PT exercises for now.

Same with my left leg. Fused from L4 to S1 and need the rest of my lumbar fused. Left leg is noticably smaller. Weird stuff man…
Not what I thought this thread was going to be about.....

I had no tricep or pec on one side
I injected igf into the muscle and rehabbed. Lots of chiropractic work too
