Theater? Bar? Gym? etc

How big of an area do you think is ideal for a gym? Rack, bench etc..

Congrats on them still being together! That is rare these days.
Provided you can mount your heavy bag (assuming you want one) you can really make the gym area pretty small. 400 square feet would be fine I think.
Really depends on what you like to do though. If you're big into stuff like battle ropes, then obviously you'd need bigger

Access from home office and well sealed rear bulkhead.
Gym. All machines, spinning bike, some free weights, chin up bar. Flat screen tv's, surround sound.
Endless pool (the one with jets to swim against, slide from bedroom into this!)
Sauna.
Steam cube shower with rainforest shower head and surround jets.
Movie theatre with projector screen, extra comfortable theatre seats, popcorn machine.
Wine cellar (Seperate stairs to kitchen)
