I’ve watched the video but, I was talking to a guy earlier and he was saying something to me about them having a similar ‘Battle Royale’ type mode. So that hasn’t come to fruition?
Why are all games either based in the future so I have to fly around or hulk jump everywhere or in the past so I have a one shot pea-shooter? Just talked to one of my mates about this and he suggested it could even be politically motivated, in that it is too sensitive to make a game focused on recent or present tensions… Surely that’s not true?
I’ve struggled for a decent FPS since BF4 on PS4. Briefly went back to MW when they remastered that, BF Hardline sucked, hated BF1, didn’t bother with the last call of duty because of the WW1 theme after hating BF1. At the moment I don’t even have an FPS given that Fortnite is third person but, that is fiulling the gap at the moment.

Halo 5 was such a disappointment. Thank god for PUBG, even if it’s a broken piece of shit.
Yeah a good modern day shooter would be very welcome. Thought COD would’ve went that way this go round but the stuck with the future shit. Though they did get rid of the jetpack bullshit.
Just do a really solid shooter with good mechanics, real guns, and good maps and it will sell. We don’t need gimmicks and BS.

I think the release was a disaster, if memory serves. The issue wasn't the game itself, more the problems it had at launch. Fucked up launches will cripple games. See: Halo Master Chief Collection

Dude there are millions of battle royal clones. I’d much rather have an updated ww2 again.
Not everyone likes that battle Royale stuff.

It was a shit show, the game was obviously rushed out to make a release date. It was buggy, netcode was shit which led to dying behind cover, random crashes. The game needed at least another 6 months of development before it should have been released.
However, after a year of patches, it became one of the best games ever IMO.

I don’t remember all of that on Xbox and I had bf4 day one coming from bf3. I still play bf4 and I was really hoping this was gonna be a bf5 sequel. Instead of this WW BS. They pulled this shit last year with the bf1 release. Might have to actually buy PUBG now that ludicrousness of fortnite is ridiculous.
