Been doing IF and keto since lent...

And I look and feel great (comparatively)!  I’ve been doing one meal a day or 20:4 as well as a fairly strict ketogenic diet since Feb. 14 (lent) and I’ve had tremendous results. I wish I took better “before” metrics but I have lost a tremendous amount of body fat and put on decent muscle all while maintaining my regular workout routine. I lost 17 lbs so far. 

I had been doing IF for a while and very much enjoyed it and have had good success with IF alone. Coupled with keto, it’s a powerful one-two punch to body fat.  It’s not as difficult as I thought it would be. I think I’m going to keep it up even after Easter.  Just thought I’d pitch that out there for my OG brethren who might be considering either or both IF and keto.
