Just organize a workout using dumbell movements rather than barbell movements.
Instead of OH presses, it's DB Presses. Instead of bench press, it's DB Bench. Instead of squats, it's suitcase squats or DB front squats. That sort of thing.
In addition, there are a bunch of exercises that are much easier to learn/perform with DBs - DB Snatch, DB Clean & Press, Twisting DLs, etc.
