Beginner Workout: Dumbells only?

My gym just got a BUNCH of dumbbells and an incline bench, not much else though.

Can someone recommend or point me towards a good dumbbells only weightlifting routine for COMPLETE beginners to weightlifting?

What are some of the best exercises I can do with dumbbells for overall strength increases?

Just organize a workout using dumbell movements rather than barbell movements.

Instead of OH presses, it's DB Presses. Instead of bench press, it's DB Bench. Instead of squats, it's suitcase squats or DB front squats. That sort of thing.

In addition, there are a bunch of exercises that are much easier to learn/perform with DBs - DB Snatch, DB Clean & Press, Twisting DLs, etc.

i also like to do my dumbell bench on a physio-ball. can mix it up doing one handed or both.

db bench is harder than barbell bench, imo..  my arms shake like a polaroid picture
