                    <blockquote>

“Fighting for the belt makes no difference. You’re seeking the upper echelon of the sport. What’s important is to stay focused on training and on what you need to fulfill, your objective. Training is the hardest part of a competition. For as long as I’ve been away injured, I believe my training will overcome the down time. I imagine that to be the source of athletes’ riches.I’m going to give it my best, regardless of Anderson’s expectations. I’m going to give it 100%, so he’d better be ready.”

As much as I'd like to see him win, I want Silva to win more.

I don't see a way for Belfort to win, other than a once-in-a-lifetime overhand right.

Funny that he said that, as he never seems to train properly. He shows up for a week at a good camp then leaves. He's probably the greatest "what if" fighter around along with Kevin Randleman.

That's what camps always say when their guy isn't doing well in training.

1. befort does not throw sloppy ufc over-hands. he throws straight punches.
2. he's a southpaw.

haha yes because he's never shown knockout power before? If he KOs Silva it's because he's better not because he got lucky.

Just the fact that he says he's going to give 100% makes me worried.
