Bench or Dips?

Only time I have to lift is a twice a week during
my lunch break. Should I do bench press or dips?

The other exercises I do are: squats, abs, "arnold"
press, lat pull or cable row.

I used to do cleans until I blew my knee out. After
surgery I don't have the explosiveness anymore. I'm
hoping enough squats will get my leg strength up again
so I can do cleans again.

shit man how did you blow your knees?

I would just alternate the bench press and dips on your training days. One day bench press, the next dips.

Both are very good exercises.

Or at least stay with one for say 10 weeks then switch to dips for 10 weeks.

i think weighted dips increase your bench max

Blew my knees while running and stepped in a hole.
Nothing glorious, just some stupid shit.

I agree with both. Take out the arnold press if need be.

do both -bench press first. I started doing both about 2 months ago (did bench exclusively before) and overall my chest & arms have gotten alot stronger/bigger.

LOL. I kinda set myself up for that. I meant it was very noticable. My g/f, my boxing trainer, fellow gym members and a bunch of my buddies have noticed. Ive always been ripped but Ive never been one to gain size well. Doing these have definately helped me.

how do you get arnold to come to the gym to press him?
