bend wrists when throw hook

I have a problem that I'm worried my one day turn from a bad habit to a chronic injury causer. When I throw a hook, my wrist naturally bends back in towards my body. As a result, I don't connect on my hooks with a straight-wristed punch, and am sure this can't be good for me.

What are some exercises or tips to maybe help me keep my wrists straight when I hook? On top of it, I bend them slightly to the inside when I throw jabs and straight punches. I have no idea why, just slight unconscious bends when I throw punches, and I could use a wee bit of help fixin this before I hurt myself?

TTT (because Guinn sucks)

do you connect with anything when you're doing this?

I connect with them all, yes, and they techically hit "flush" and with full power eg the right knuckles, just the impact is made with a bent wrist.

I consciously have been slowing my hooks down and making sure I throw them better and straighter, but I'm sure some exercises or something might help too, as I do it slightly with straight rights and crosses too
