Bendo's camp?

I'll admit I'm not the most knowledgeable about the lab. I know there are some decent guys there but can't think of any truly spectacular apart from bendo himself. He seems like the type of guy to be incredibly loyal. Will his lack of big name coaches and training partners hurt him in his ability to hold on to the belt or do you think he can maintain it for awhile. Phone Post

Is that the same lab in arizona that royce opened a few years back? Phone Post

Not sure I don't know very much about his camp Phone Post

it isnt really clear to me that super camps are that valuable in the first place

Yes, same school he was affiliated with. Not sure about the affiliation now, as we just changed owners.

Its that old iron sharpens iron adage. There is truth behind training with guys more skilled that will push will help progress you but bendo still seems to be improving still so he must be doing something right. Just curious as to how far he can go there. Idk maybe he pulls a brock and brings high level guys to him. Phone Post

He trains there with Efrain Escudero and a few local fighters who aren't "big names" but are still very talented.
I trained with his current muay thai coach Niko a few years back, he definately knows his stuff and will keep Bendo sharp every fight.

 Ben owns the gym now

Yea the 55 division is stacked, he has a list of killers to face. I am really curious how long he can hold the strap as there isn't anyone he really matches up poorly with Phone Post

^^^^ Exactly!

There is talent in the gym. I'd say having your coaches undivided attention for your camps is more valuable than a variety of high level guys.

Plus for camps he can always invite high level guys to train. There is more than one way to become a champion. Phone Post

parrishmma is very distracting when I am in class. The pastiness is too much! Tone it down and put some sleeves on that tshirt boy!

Parishmma is so pale he just may be a vampire. When women dream of him they call it a whitemare. I hear they have to dim the lights to keep the reflection off the pastiness from blinding the other students.

I will not even stoop to your guys' level with insults... you are both just jealous because I save money on electricity bills because of my fluorescent skin.

I'm assuming you may be of the ginger variety Phone Post

Hi guys-

There are several good guys at the Lab. Efrain Escudaro, Top Prospect Chris Gruetzemacher, Jamie Varner and a list of guys that come thru there.

Ben just bought The Lab so I highly doubt he is going anywhere.

Oh heavens NO... Im not one of those gingers!!! ewww I just happen to be a bit pale in the legs... they may be pale, but they are VERY sexy!

Not going to lie I'm a nice dark olive color but I'm incredibly attracted to pasty whiteness.....beep Phone Post

John crouch is his head trainer and a great coach. Ben is in good hands with people that have his best interest at heart. He will continue to do great things with the lab Phone Post
