U4EA - Yeah, I will see if I can get it done and still maintain energy throughout the day. If it starts to affect my energy, I am not going to bother with it.

As a morning person I also find less motivation to work out in the morning, I have a somewhat stressful job so I find that when I wake up I feel the need to get in and get working. I would live to work out in the mornings and do workout on the weekends around 6 am, but during week i am up and on way to office by 5:15 am or so. Phone Post
