The first thing that comes to mind when I think of Singapore Is that young American that got a bunch of slashes for chewing gum or something.

Caning is absolutely brutal though. :frowning:

There are almost as many people in Japan as Canada, Australia and the UK combined. Crazy.

If you take money out of it none of these countries would make my list. All these rich Scandinavian countries are also the highest in suicides. Itā€™s boring and depressive.

Iā€™ll go with south of Spain and Portugal. Dirt cheap, people are happier, great food, good weather and longevity.
