I'm looking to invest in a new cup, I have been using rdx shorts with the pouch for the cup for a while. But on a few occasions its done more damage than good, basically in a bjj session it's twisted sideways when I've moved to the back mount with the shorts, and squashed em pretty bad. And its safe to say its not easy finishing an opponent when it's crushing your nuts haha. So I'm thinking about a thai style cup, any tips on the best one to go for? 
The jaco guardian cup system is excellent. It's a compression short with a cup. The cup is strapped at 3 points and locks into the shorts by Velcro so it secures the cup to ur groin. Your legs can move but the cup stays still
Very comfortable.

I have the shock doctor titanium cup with the shock doctor compression shorts. They are good but the cup is a little on the small side. 
Twins steel with shock doctor jock, tight spandex type shorts over that. Your safe as it gets my friend.
The shock Dr compressions with shock Dr cup. Our who gym uses them,bjj and mma.
