I'm looking to pick up a few DVDs from some of the smaller MMA shows, and was surprised to find out how many there are on the market and how many will be out in the next month or so.
I already have the IFC DVDs, Gladiator Challenge DVDs, Extreme Challenge 22, and a few older Hook'n Shoot & KOTC DVDs, so I'm mostly looking for fairly new DVDs from pretty recent shows. If there are some good recent DVDs from HnS or KOTC, let me know about them too.
What are your recommendations on the best DVDs from small promotions? How are the Bad Breed DVDs?
The one's I'm looking at right now are:
Best of Ring of Fire
Ultimate Athlete (UA Fighting: The Genesis or UA Fighting: The Gathering)
Bad Breed TV, Vol. 3
Ultimate Combat 6 or 7
World Extreme Fighting Championships: Crunch Time
Freestyle Fighting Championships 6
Ring of Combat 2
Shooto 12/2002

The Shooto DVD is a definite must-have.

UCC 6 & 7 (You can get these at the Canadian version of amazon.com, www.amazon.ca)....Supposedly UCC 8 and 12 (Pulver-Ludwig) will come out soon, but who knows how long those will take.
The Ring Of Fire DVD you mentioned should be good.
The Hitman DVD's you might want. They had some good fighters and some alright fights, but for whatever reason I wasn't crazy about these shows.
There are also a bunch of DVD's of European events available at www.nikko-sportsvideo.com, but you'd have to have a region-free DVD player to watch those.
As far as HNS DVD's go, just check out fightworld.com to see if you don't have any of their newer releases.
If you want suggestions on documentaries on DVD, let me know.

Ultimate Combat and UCC are not the same. Ultimate Combat is an UK promotion.
If getting the Ultimate Combat stuff, get #7 (World Domination) first, then #6 (Battle in the Cage). #8 will be out soon and will have a bonus feature/fight many will want to see. Trust me on this.

Freestyle Fighting Championships 6
WEFC "Crunch Time" (excellent fights)
Hook N Shoot "Kings", "Revolution", "Relentless", "AFC 1" and "AFC 2". (Greatest Hits would be a good sampler of their stuff).
LabelGuy: I know the UCC and Ultimate Combat are different events, I was just suggesting those two UCC DVD's as he may not know they're available.
I don't know if I would consider KOTC a "Small Event". It's considerd the third best show in the world next to Pride and UFC.

Anyone watched the Best of Ring of Fire DVD?
I have ordered Hitman 1 from Sherdog. I already have HnS Kings, HnS Showdown & HnS Best Bouts. I also have several documentaries - Rites of Passage, Choke, Life in the Cage & have ordered Razak's new Sparring DVD.
On fightworld, the $10 price for some of the other HnS DVDs is pretty sweet, so I'll probably pick those up. Prob get that Shooto DVD as well.
