NOG
Nog's really aren't all that bad, though the ones that he fails look awful. He's taken down almost everybody he's ever fought (including Fedor and Crocop). He took Kharitonov down seemingly at will, and Sergei is no slouch at grappling.
It is probably his weakest area, though.
I dont think he fights mma but i was watching a pan-am dvd and Todd Margolis had some sloppy ass takedown attempts. Every guy sprawled on him every time he shot. Just an observation.
Yves, cause he never has to use them.
lmao at margolis, from the little ive seen of him i've seen some very fast takedowns
Nog has good judo takedowns and one of the ugliest shoots in MMA.
"lmao at margolis, from the little ive seen of him i've seen some very fast takedowns"
FULLY.
When I think Margolis, I think of the INTENSE clip of him and Ricardo Almeida at Grappler's Quest... That's an outstanding battle those two have.
Nick Diaz has horrible takedowns...but he's slick once he gets to the ground.
randy, no question!
and close second tank!
;)
Nog's shoot is horrible. Though he does have a good transition into the guard from a failed shoot.
XP-Magus
By his own admission on his fight careear DVD set Bas Rutten. I think the only takedown I saw him get was on Maurice Smith. In almost every ohter fight he gets taken down multiple times, yet he only lost like 4 times.
Takumi Yano.Trust me.
i think margolis was a state champ wrestler
LOL at some of these answers
Margolis has serious wrestling skills. Nick Diaz's takedowns are very good also.
My pick would be Heath Herring. His wrestling is really bad...yet he still wins most of the time anyway.
