Jacare got a title shot. He just turned it down and it went to Bisping.
According to Bisping, Rockhold opte out of a match with Jacare in favour of a rematch with your current middleweight champion

TJ signed a contract to fight for the title. He got concussed in training though and I think Pettis took his place.

It's a shame he never got a chance to fight for it though.
