So I'm a pretty skinny guy I'd like to think for the most part. I'm 6'4 and weigh 210ish last time I checked. Just wondering what kind of foods y'all have eaten to get rid of or help trim the fat off my belly. I exercise pretty regularly but when it comes to the foods I should be eating, I'm not quite sure what's really good for you and what not. Any info would be appreciated.

There's no way to target fat loss to just "belly fat". If you consistently eat a diet that puts you at a caloric surplus, you'll gain weight. If you consistently eat a diet that puts you at a caloric deficit, you'll lose weight.

My GF is 0n a low carb diet at the moment.
Her 3 meals a day are:
Lean meats (chicken, seafood etc) and steamed veggies
To snack she eats nuts and compliments it by doing 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week. It works really well and is so simple to prepare / execute.

Paleo is a good idea.
If not paleo than definitely low card and stay away from bread, wheat and pastas especially.
InnerTubeCaptain has a whole thread on his Keto diet transformation. He did it without any cardio.

Paleo is just another fad diet. Do whatever works for you, that could also be Paleo but ultimately the reason whatever X diet works is because it's putting you in a caloric deficit.
I tried the intermittent fasting (eat withing 8 hour window, fast 16 hours a day) for a while and it was definitely working, for what it's worth. I stopped because I was becoming too ornery from being hungry at the end of the fast every day haha.
