personaly, I don't really like the gold weaves. the ones I have were given to me and they are great gis, but something about the feel of the weave I don't like. It might just be something that happens to mine in the wash, but for some reason the gold weaves always feel stiff and uncomfortable. Also, I notice they shrink differently than regular weave gis do. Also, you have to understand that everyone's body is different so a gi isn't going to fit everyone the same. My fav for everyday is still an ATAMA single.
Go to www.jokerjitsu.com they have a Jitsu and Gi reviews on most gis. But Angelo said it best, when he said," everyones body is different so a gi is not going to fit everyone the same."
