Which instructionals provide a solid review of the fundamentals/basics?

Head over to bank ground. Under Hugo Duarte thread is Maurice Smith basic kickboxing and a Rob Kaman instructional. for beginners I prefer lots of footwork drills and then footwork against a training partner.

Look on Youtube for the following:

Muay Thai minute (rucks of short tutorials on all areas on Muay Thai)
Warrior Collective (close to 15 hours of tutorials on Muay Thai alone!)
Fight Vision (Great tutorials on specifics areas of Muay Thai)
