Best kettlebell DVD?

I'm wanting to purchase a kettlebell dvd, any recommendations? Phone Post

Can muds use search? I know there has been quite a few threads about this topic. I like the Art of Strength dvds. Phone Post

Looked at the AoS website. Which DVD/s do you recommend? Phone Post

Providence is really good if you haven't done a lot of KB. Phone Post

I should specify, I'm looking for an instructional technique DVD over a workout DVD. There's no certified kettlebell instructors within 50 miles of me or else I'd just do that, but that's not really an option. Phone Post

The AoS guy has a great way of explaining technique, same with Steve Maxwell and Mike Mahler.

Which AoS DVD discusses technique?

Providence looked more like a workout DVD and not a technique. Phone Post

There's so much stuff on youtube i would just spend an hour there and save the clips you like so you can bring them up as you please.

I think the problem with youtube video is that I, personally, haven't seen ONE ALL ENCOMPASSING video on technique.

Yuri Elkaim and his buddy have a great one where they teach the swing and mention "always imagine pushing your feet against the ground"

yet one with Mike Mahler will talk about tightening and pushing your hips forward as you swing up.

Anthony DiLuglio (sp?) from AoS has a great mention of "think(ing) of your arms like meathooks" (which I think he quotes from another k-bell guy).

You can watch a bunch and put the knowledge together.

Dynami - Kettlebells from the center by Gray Cook and Brett Jones.

Dynami beats Dan John so easily it's not even a contest. I know everyone nut hugs him but when it comes to KB teaching he's far from being even in the top tier.

Thanks for the recommendations. Phone Post
