2. Breakfast: 16oz water, piece of fruit, fiber supplement, caffeine
3. Lunch: Anything that is not soda, bacon, sugar, and you only eat until feeling full.
Dinner: Anything that is not soda, bacon, sugar, and you only eat until feeling full.
After dinner: Multi vitamin, fish oil, serving of v8 low sodium
20 mins of cardio on bike or elliptical a day
That is it.
