I'm looking to put mats down in my spare room for sparring. The room is 11'x17', and I've been looking hard for some good mats. The goal is to train MMA in there, so the mats will need to be able to absorb impact from takedowns, be firm enough to move around and strike, and be smooth enough to grapple on.
Any ideas on good places to order mats/good brand name to buy? I can find a bunch of links on Google, but I'd love to hear people's experiences with various mats. Thanks very much!
