Best Multivitamins?

Nutrilite Double X is the best multi-vitamin/multi-mineral on the market.

Nutrilite pioneered the use of phytofactors/plant compounds in supplements.

Despite their affiliation with Amway/Quixtar this product line is top notch.

Animal Pak

It's just my opinion, but, I would stay away from centrum. As a test, drop a Centrum or another vitamin you happen to have on hand in to a glass of water and see what happens. At least in the case of centrum, the answer will be not much.

Most vitamins are known as "bowl ringers" and do not readily break down in the body. They leave the body pretty much the same way they entered the body; in whole form.

Daily advantage is the only one that has made a difference for me. Kinda pricey

Animal Pak

Animal pak...I have them cheap as hell too! :o)

MegaMen from GNC is the multivitamin i've always used

OptiMen is good too. Its the equivalent to the megamen.

ok, I take Centrum but am a bit leary otablets bacause of the afor mentioned problem. How are these other multi's. I am interested in the Animal Pak, but for the forseeable future I am not going to be training hard. What would be another good alternative?

OptiMen. I have them cheap as hell...

While we're on the subject of Nutrilite and Amway...

Isotonix Multitech is pretty cool, it's actually an isotonic solution so the absorbtion is really high....

The vitamin test I heard of is that you put the pill in vinegar, and if it doesn't dissolve in about a minute, your digestive system probably won't absorb them.

I really like Lifesource.

Decent price, lots of ingrediants
