Best supplement for training/working out?????

I know you guys take some stuff... Im looking for an energy and cardio boost for when im training and while I lift weights.. Ideally i could take it in the morning and have energy during the day and for working out.. But If all you got is pre workout drinks or pills let me here whats good.. I have taken NoXplode, NANo Vapor, ripped force drinks(with efedra and without), extreme NOS Pumped, and a cycle when i was 20 of primo/winstrol (no plans of doing another).. The later few make me feel unhealthy when taken them (excluding the sauce)...

Help me out..

Ergolean AMP: All the ephedra results without ephedra or the shakes. Good for concentration too.

I take whey protein, but i dont get any energy out of it...

I feel like my heart couldnt handle rolling while taking those drinks.. They just gets my heart rate moving to fast IDK if thats just misinformation about the drinks or that they could cause some issues.. I remember the efedra issues back in the day but i dont know if these high caffeine drinks are any good?

If you're looking for a cardio boost, don't take Caffeine... it is a diuretic, and will make you shed water faster (Not what you want)

Ivory makes a good point about caffeine as a performance enhancer. I personally would use it for training tho, I think your body builds up a tolerance and you should only use it just before a competition or maybe on a really bad day and you need a pick-me up to carry through.

ya i know.. Nothing is going to replace the cardio, strength, and energy that i got from the sauce..

I'm obviously biased, but if you are looking for an energy and endurance supplement for Grappling / MMA, that is exactly what my product is designed for.  Check out my site at: www.tacticalnutrition.net for more information.

I"m out of samples now, but we gave some out earlier this year and I think you'll find that people were pleased with the results.  If you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail me at: info@tacticalnutrition.net

Thanks!

Diet relatively low in fat, high in carbs, heavy on fruits/vegetables.

One gram Vitamin C post workout.

Lots of water.

Almost as much sleep as I need.

In the winter, some extra vitamin C and a multivitamin.

 Pimp Juice.

BCAAs are a complete waste of money, especially if you are taking whey protein (it has PLENTY of BCAAs)
