judging from my name, i think that it is obvious that i have been in my fair share of scuffles on the street. one thing unique about street fights is that they require a certain type of toughness and stamina that isn't found in a cagefight (i've had a few of those too. trust me, there is a big difference). in a streetfight, there aren't 3-5 minute rounds and there isn't time to be calm, catch your breath, and dance around the cage. in a streetfight, you go all out from the start and go 150 percent until it's done (someone gets knocked out, people get in the way, etc). this is usually less than a minute.
do you guys know any good workout routines to prepare for a streetfight? crossfit? HIIT?

Brutalmedic is incorrect. You should train your cardio and interval weight circuits (on an unstable surface to mimic the unstable nature of a street fight) at 150% of your maximums for each until youre done. With that sort of workout, you'll find that will probably be less than a minute.

That's true..... If you're a fucking pussy. I regularly do workouts with 175% of My max and max out with about 190%. Just tough it out and man up.

I recommend being really out of shape with a pre fight "meal" of beer as an extra T booster.

You are right. I think I had just targeted giving only 127.8465 % in my streetfights. Perhaps that is why I have lost all of them. Perhaps I'll look up the OP and train with him. He seems to know the real deal with streetfights!
