Friends; best year of Movie?

For me? 1987 Predator, the running man, raising arizona, robocop, hamburger hill, dirty dancing(meh to me but a lot love it), the monster squad, lethal weapon, the lost boys, the princess bride, Space Balls, The stepfather, planes trains and automobiles.. yep.

This year was actually quite good.

One year I always remember was the dark Knight, milk, frost/Nixon, slumdog, the wrestler, Benjamin button.
Whatever year that was.

The year Ray won was pretty solid it had walk the line and the aviator in it. A good year for leading performances anyway

Hard question to answer, but 80's movies are my absolute favorites.

 

Even if it was garbage (which many were,) I loved it because it was from the 80's.

Correct. 1984 is by far the best year for Hollywood movies ever. Just like how 1991 is the utterly dominant year for great rock albums.

1994 isn't far behind, IMO.
