Betters who win, get paid, but fight is ruled a NC

For you guys that bet, if you win, are you paid right away? Same with if you lose? Do they take your money right after the fight? Because we all know later the fight can be ruled an NC due to a failed drug test, etc.

I would like to know what happens when the fight is later ruled a NC, like Gastelum vs. Vitor.

Do the betting companies contact the winners and ask for their money back or just inform you that they doing so? Or do they have your credit card, etc. on file and they just automatically take back the money they paid you?

Thanks. Are you saying if you lose, but it's then ruled a NC, they won't refund you? So, for example, if you bet on Vitor, you still lose your money, even though it was later ruled a NC due to Gastelum's failed drug test? That kind of sucks, especially if it ends up being a true PED.
