Working class my ass mike. nice payday. Phone Post

Anarkis - 8 and 8, nice uncle Dana!

You get paid what you bring in.

I had no idea that Bispings contract was in that ballpark, not bad at all.

Holy fuck, I didn't think Bisping made that much per fight.

Wow for a guy who hasnt beaten a top 10 fighter

Bisping must have signed a new deal, I never recall him making even half that much for a single fight.

one of the biggest stars in MMA

I've been telling people for years, Bisping is disgracefully overpaid. The UFC has no business paying him like that.

Not a bisping fan at all but lets be honest

15 UFC fights

12-3 record

top UK fighter, top star in the UK for the UFC.

Fought Hendo, Rashad, Hamill, Kang, Akiyama, MIller, Silva.

Is top 10 in the div, probably top 5 or 6.

Thsi is correct.

Such BS that Sonnen has fought Silva, Maia, Okami, and Marquardt and he only makes $35K/$35K.

Business is the exact reason Bisping gets paid like that.

There are many reasons why he gets paid that much. Think about it.

LOL @ The haters on Bisping's pay. Seriously ?
You guys complain all the time that fighters are underpaid.

The guy is among the 10 biggest sports stars in his market (UK) and he's a polarizing figure among the hardcore US fans.

I can't stand the guy's gut but good for him if he can get paid.

I just can't wrap my head around there being much value to Bisping's presence whatsoever, especially to warrant them paying him like a star. Because he's British? Christ. There's a ton of British fighters in the UFC. And unlike Bisping, most of them don't run away in the cage.

Shit. I dislike Daley for his Koscheck's antics, but the guy has complete dynamite in his hands and a thrilling highlight reel of KOs. If he was back in the UFC, he wouldn't be making peanuts compared to Bisping.

The fact that he's so overpaid should be what pisses those off that complain about many others being underpaid. Why should Bisping get paid that much when better fighters make less? I highly highly doubt the UFC needs him. They could cut him tomorrow and not miss a beat. Their buyrates and ratings wouldn't suffer a bit.

surprised at Bisping's pay, but the dude has fought for a long time and is getting his due now.....no ill will towards him for that.

Bisping has earned what he is being paid.  Glad to see all of the undercard fighters getting at least $8k/$8k.

He's the face of the sport in UK. UK is the 6th biggest economy worldwide and is an opinion leader as far as culture goes. Acceptance of the sport there was a big step in nternational growth.

There are no PPVs in UK, it's on ESPN.

Undercard fighters are getting paid as much as boxing's 2nd biggest fight on a card right now.

They are taking care of the up and commers and building the talent base.

It's in 100+ countries, millions are watching.

I can think of way better fighters who make less...if he wasn't the UFC's british poster boy, how much would he be making?
