We are very pleased to announce a special, low cost seminar on
Thursday, March 22nd from 7:30-9:30pm, Jorge "Bitta" Lima, a 4th degree black
belt under Carlos Gracie Jr, will be holding a seminar at the Arlington
Team Lloyd Irvin Martial arts and Fitness Academy.
The cost of the seminar is $25 and all monies will go towards Bitta.
