I saw that happen in a Karate class when I was a kid, but this dude was having it in his quad. Looked bizarre as hell, like he had worms squirming around in there. He seemed pretty freaked out and so did the instructor.
I've had some monstrous leg cramps in my day, but nothing close to what's happening there. What causes that?

I get cramps like that in my hands. The palm side of my thumb flattens out and the thumb becomes paralyzed for a few minutes. Usually happens after playing guitar for a while but can also happen when I'm doing tasks that require manipulating small tools (jewelers screwdrivers, nail-clippers, or fapping... no wait, my OG size hog doesn't cause it).

I think dehydration/electrolyte imbalance has something to do with it. Get some sodium/potassium in you and stay hydrated.

I think you're wrong... wanker's cramp happens in the penis... only OGer's have them... (not cramps, I mean muscles in their penises).

I have been getting horrible cramps lately. Recently found out I had a DVT in my right leg, which caused a lot them. Cramps are horrible
