I had the opportunity to train at bj's club last june for a week.i was very impressed not only with the quality of the people in the club,but by the people of hilo.it was by far the most relaxed club i train in.i'am writing this for two reasons.first i like to thank the students and staff for their hospitality and if anybody is wondering if it's worth it.if your are thinking about flying to bj's to train,definitely do it.

When i was there Bj was in afghanistan for the troops.Charuto was teaching alot.
